From I-95:

Exit 2A (Downtown Miami) – Follow signs to Biscayne Boulevard. At the bottom of the exit ramp, when approaching the first traffic light, stay in the far left lane. It is the only lane permitting traffic to continue straight through the traffic light. Proceed straight through the first and second traffic lights (SE 2nd Avenue & SE 3rd Avenue). Take the street to the end. There's a stop sign there, at Biscayne Boulevard . Turn left, go under and to the left of the Metromover (elevated train). At the traffic light, stay in the right lane. All traffic goes left here, but again stay in the right lane. On the right side, you will see a brown marble building with a sign that says Ross Department Stores. This is SE 2^nd Street.  Look for the parking entrance right here. Tell them you are going to the dental office. Go up the ramp and make your first left. The first parking space you encounter is reserved for patients. If that one is occupied, make a left turn. You will find two spaces at the end of the row on the left side (painted green). If these are occupied, continue up to the top floors and look for the car wash (level 5), or seek parking wherever you can find it, except for spaces marked “reserved”.  The car wash manager will let you leave the car with him. We will validate your parking ticket.

Via Metrorail/Metromover :

Take Metrorail to Government Center. From there, take the Metromover inner loop and go to the Bayfront Station. We are across the street under Ross Department Stores.
